  Bill (William) Bly, and his amazing assistant Ann, were respectful, courteous, and continually went out of their way to make my court/ legal experience as good as it could possibly be (given the circumstance). Every aspect of the law was explained to me, in detail, and I was given multiple choices, with guidance from Bill, regarding the risks and benefits of each possible path. I felt as if Bill was consistent in remaining "on my side" and being a true advocate for my position. He was honest, from the very beginning about how he viewed the outcome, but never pushed me in any direction in which I felt rushed into taking a certain stance. I highly recommend Bill and his staff to anyone seeking legal counsel. He is experienced, strong, and very empathetic. An easy choice!

  It is never a pleasant experience to be in need of an Attorney for an OUI charge. But if you want the most favorable outcome possible under your circumstances and if you want the most competent and knowledgeable legal representation, then you definitely want Attorney William Bly to act on your behalf. He will not mislead you nor minimize the seriousness of your crime. What he will attempt to minimize, however, are the legal consequences of your crime by researching, exploring and studying every legal avenue possible to bring about a satisfactory resolution for you. I speak from experience on behalf of my son who faced two serious charges, one of which Attorney Bly was able to have dropped. In addition, a 72-hour jail sentence was dismissed in exchange for an Alternate Sentencing Program. Please, if you find yourself in need of an Attorney for an OUI charge, do yourself a service and contact William Bly.
